Refund policy

At Maatbbar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be exchanged 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.      Contact Us: Email us at info@maatbbar.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

2.      Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

3.      Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) or another suitable box. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

4.      Ship the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.

3. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

1.      Contact Us: Email us with your order number and the details of the item you want to exchange.

2.      Exchange Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item.

3.      New Item: Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item to you. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.

Please Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

1.      Contact us immediately at info@maatbbar.com  within 3 days of receiving the product.

2.      Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photographs of the defect or damage.

3.      We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

7. International Returns

For international returns:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning items from outside India.
  • International exchanges may take longer due to shipping times and customs processing.
